Nebraska WR with Size, Service Mentality, and Late-Developing Upside
Blake Holtmeier is a 6'2", 195-pound wide receiver who played for the Nebraska Cornhuskers after transferring from Nebraska–Kearney, where he earned Honorable Mention All-MIAA recognition as a redshirt sophomore in 2016. While his on-field production at Nebraska did not translate into major statistical headlines, he stood out for his size, work ethic, and community-minded leadership, earning a spot on the Brook Berringer Citizenship Team for his passion for service and team involvement. His profile suggests a high-character, developmental receiver who can contribute as a reliable blocker, locker-room presence, and special-teams option, making him a strong fit for programs that value culture, maturity, and off-field leadership as much as raw stats.
