veteran Youngstown State LB with game-ready toughness
Mike Palumbo is a seasoned Youngstown State linebacker who brings old-school physicality, experience, and a clear scouting-edge: he’s the kind of defender coaches trust because he understands leverage, fits, and the grind of the position. In his Youngstown State seasons, he was listed at 6-foot-1 and around 225 pounds, and he earned first-time starting reps early in his career, which points to reliability and football IQ. He looks like a fit for a program valuing disciplined, downhill linebacker play rather than flash—steady, tough, and built for contact.
