San Diego State’s unknown backfield name, but not a verified RB fit
I can’t verify a current San Diego State Aztecs running back named Alex Thompson from the available results, and the athlete data returned instead points to other Alex Thompsons in football, including an NFL lineman and a high-school receiver. Based on those sources, there is no reliable evidence here to assess RB production, rankings, or fit at SDSU, so I would not treat this as a confirmed college backfield target without additional identification details.
