Senior DE Zach Garron brings experience, effort, and versatility to UNH’s front
Garron is a seasoned New Hampshire defensive end who played in all 13 games in 2024, finished with 17 total tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery, and is viewed by UNH as one of its experienced defensive leaders.[5][10] He is not a flashy stat-stuffer, but his value comes from reliability, motor, and situational impact—he recorded a tackle in 10 of 13 games and has shown he can contribute on defense and special teams, including a blocked punt in 2023.[5] The main flag is health: reports entering 2025 said he was working back from a foot injury, so his fit depends on how fully he returns to form.[10]
