Dependable Cal corner with early-career tackling chops
In the latest available 2025 stats, Cal cornerback Wale Forrester had 5 total tackles, 4 solo, and 1 assist, while the roster lists him as a 5-foot-10, 190-pound junior from Venice HS in Los Angeles. He looks like a compact, physical defensive back who can support the run and play with effort; the catch is that there’s no public stat trail yet showing splash plays like interceptions or pass breakups, so he reads more like a steady depth piece than a headline-grabber right now.
