Rangy, Physical LB with All-State Pedigree and Academic Bite
Cooper MacPherson is a 6-foot-2, 220-pound linebacker for Central Washington who arrives with a strong defensive résumé and a reputation for being a rangy, physical playmaker. In his final two seasons at Chiawana, he posted 110 total tackles, 18 sacks, and 28 tackles for loss, and earned back-to-back first-team all-state, first-team all-conference, and conference Defensive Player of the Year honors. He was also described by evaluators as a “generational” defender in his league. At CWU, he adds toughness, sideline-to-sideline range, and high-character upside—plus a 3.89 GPA in construction management.
