Chris Laneaux brings rare two-way production and veteran stability to MSU’s secondary
Laneaux is a senior safety for Michigan State with proven all-around value: the Spartans list him at 5-11, 208 and note a career-best 63 tackles, plus 27 catches for 427 yards and 2 touchdowns, which signals toughness, versatility, and trust in high-leverage roles. [1] His profile suggests a physical, experienced defender who can help in run support and add special-teams or emergency depth value, making him a fit for teams that want reliable, multi-use players rather than just pure coverage specialists.
