BYU staged an impressive comeback to defeat UCF 41-21, scoring 41 unanswered points after falling behind 14-0 early. LJ Martin powered the Cougars' offense with three rushing touchdowns, while Parker Kingston electrified LaVell Edwards Stadium with both a 55-yard punt return touchdown and a 46-yard touchdown reception. The Knights couldn't maintain their first-quarter momentum as the Cougars' defense shut them down for most of the final three quarters.
