Recap

Memphis dominated Troy 28-7 on the road, with running back Sutton Smith delivering two touchdown runs including an explosive 50-yarder before halftime. The Trojans' only score came on Taleeq Robbins' 15-yard fumble return in the second quarter that briefly tied the game at 7-7. The Tigers' offense proved too powerful as quarterback Brendon Lewis connected with Brady Kluse for a touchdown and Makari Bodiford added a late rushing score to seal the convincing victory.
