Recap

Old Dominion stunned Virginia Tech 45-26 at Lane Stadium, racing to a commanding 28-0 halftime lead behind Colton Joseph's rushing touchdown and two scoring passes. The Monarchs dominated throughout, with four different players finding the end zone on the ground and a 50-yard field goal from Riley Callaghan extending their advantage. Despite Kyron Drones throwing for three late touchdowns for the Hokies, including two to Donavon Greene, the home team's fourth-quarter rally proved too little, too late.
