Recap

Southern Miss secured a hard-fought 27-21 road victory over Arkansas State, powered by a balanced offensive attack featuring three different quarterbacks throwing touchdown passes. The Golden Eagles built a commanding 20-7 lead through three quarters, highlighted by Landry Lyddy's 76-yard touchdown strike to Elijah Metcalf. Despite a valiant fourth-quarter comeback attempt with two late touchdowns from the Red Wolves, Southern Miss held firm to claim the win at Centennial Bank Stadium.
