Recap

Western Michigan dominated Kennesaw State 41-6 in a statement bowl victory, exploding for 27 first-quarter points behind Jalen Buckley's 65-yard rushing touchdown and two Broc Lowry passing scores. The Broncos' defense was relentless, with Kershawn Fisher returning a fumble 47 yards for a touchdown and Joey Pope taking an interception 75 yards to the house in the third quarter. Despite an 82-yard touchdown connection from Amari Odom to Javon Rogers, the Owls couldn't solve Western Michigan's suffocating defense.
