The Owls rallied for a 24-17 home victory over UAB at Rice Stadium, overcoming a late first-half deficit with 10 unanswered second-half points. Chase Jenkins connected with Aaron Turner for the go-ahead touchdown in the third quarter before Enock Gota's 38-yard field goal provided the final margin.
