Recap

West Virginia held off a persistent Colorado team 29-22, starting strong with a safety and Curtis Jones Jr.'s first-quarter touchdown run. The Mountaineers maintained control throughout, building a 19-9 halftime advantage before the Buffaloes closed the gap with Julian Lewis finding Omarion Miller for a 23-yard score. Jones Jr. sealed the victory with his second touchdown run late in the fourth quarter, helping West Virginia withstand Colorado's late field goal attempt.
