Recap

Florida Atlantic dominated Tulsa 40-21 behind a stellar passing attack led by Caden Veltkamp, who connected with Easton Messer for three touchdowns. The Owls built a commanding 31-6 halftime lead thanks to Damarius McGhee's 95-yard fumble return touchdown and explosive plays from Jayshon Platt. Despite Tulsa mounting a brief third-quarter comeback with rushing touchdowns from Baylor Hayes and Ajay Allen, Florida Atlantic sealed the victory with Messer's third touchdown catch of the night.
