Recap

FIU dominated Sam Houston 56-16 in a high-scoring affair at Shell Energy Stadium, powered by quarterback Keyone Jenkins' three touchdown passes and rushing score. The Panthers built a commanding 28-10 halftime lead before piling on four second-half touchdowns, including two explosive runs from Sterling Joseph covering 61 and 31 yards in the fourth quarter. After a competitive first quarter, the Bearkats couldn't keep pace as FIU scored in every quarter of the lopsided contest.
