Recap
South Dakota dominated Eastern Washington 41-23 at the DakotaDome, powered by an explosive offensive performance. Quarterback Austyn Modrzewski connected with Tennel Bryant for two touchdowns including a 66-yarder just before halftime, while Charles Pierre Jr. broke loose for a 72-yard scoring run in the third quarter as the Coyotes built a commanding 31-3 lead. The Eagles fought back with late scores from Nate Bell, but South Dakota's early dominance proved too much to overcome.
