Recap

Wake Forest absolutely demolished Stanford 57-3 at Allegacy Financial Stadium in a stunning ACC showdown that was never in doubt. The Demon Deacons put on an offensive clinic in Winston-Salem, turning what should have been a conference battle into a complete rout from start to finish. Stanford had no answers for Wake Forest's explosive attack, managing just a field goal while the Demon Deacons piled up touchdowns at will. This dominant performance showcased the Deacons firing on all cylinders at home, sending a massive statement to the rest of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Cardinal will want to forget this one quickly, while Wake Forest has plenty to celebrate after one of their most lopsided victories in recent memory.
