Tulane handled Florida Atlantic 35-24 at home, powered by quarterback Jake Retzlaff's two touchdown passes and a rushing score of his own. The Green Wave jumped out to an early lead on Jimmy Calloway's first-quarter touchdown run and never relinquished control, taking a commanding 28-10 advantage into the fourth quarter. Despite a late rally from the Owls with two fourth-quarter touchdowns, Tulane's balanced attack proved too much to overcome at Yulman Stadium.
