Recap

Tulane survives a nail-biter at Yulman Stadium, edging Southern Miss 24-21 in the Battle for the Bell! The Green Wave held off a feisty Golden Eagles squad in a back-and-forth affair that went down to the wire. With 203 plays of intense football, both teams left everything on the field in New Orleans. The three-point margin doesn't tell the whole story of this Sun Belt-American Conference showdown. Tulane made the plays when it mattered most, defending home turf and keeping the Bell in the Big Easy. Southern Miss fought hard to the final whistle, but the Green Wave's clutch performance sealed the victory in front of their home crowd.
